Processing Time

Everything at MoChaiPaws is handmade to order, so please allow 5โ€“10 business days for production before your order ships. During busy seasons or holidays, it might take a little longer โ€” but we'll always let you know if that's the case.

Shipping Times (after production is complete)

  • ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ EU (France, Germany, Netherlands): 7โ€“14 business days
  • ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง United Kingdom: 7โ€“14 business days

During peak seasons or holidays, delivery may take an additional 5โ€“7 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door (and your dog's nose).

Duties, Taxes & Currency

United States:
Sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout based on your delivery address. No additional charges are expected upon delivery.

United Kingdom:
Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to applicable VAT and import charges upon arrival. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and may be the responsibility of the buyer. We are currently working toward UK VAT registration to simplify this process in the future.

European Union:
Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to local VAT and import duties upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are currently the responsibility of the buyer. We are in the process of registering for IOSS to allow VAT collection at checkout in the future.

If you're unsure what import charges may apply, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

We are committed to making international ordering as transparent as possible and will continue improving the checkout experience for our global customers.

Please note that all prices on our store are displayed in USD. Currency conversion, if applicable, will be handled by your bank or payment provider during checkout.
